Return Policy
1. Return Period
Returns will be accepted within 15 days from the date of pickup or delivery of the product.
2. Conditions for Return
a) Green coffee must be in its original packaging and should not have been opened or used.
b) The product must be in perfect condition, without any signs of damage or misuse.
3. Account Information
a) Please contact us via [email or phone] to initiate the return process. Please provide the order number and details of the return.
b) Upon approval of the return, we will provide instructions for sending the product back to us.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product to us.
5. Refund
Upon receiving and evaluating the returned green coffee, we will process a full refund of the product's value (excluding the original shipping costs) to the original payment method.
6. Price Fluctuation
Due to the volatile market for green coffee, prices may fluctuate significantly on the New York stock exchange. If the price of the product has experienced a significant variation from the time of the original purchase to the time of the return, we reserve the right to adjust the refund value to reflect the current market price. This may result in a difference in the refunded amount. We will make every effort to inform the customer of any adjustments in the value.
7. Exclusions
a) We do not accept returns of green coffee that has been opened, used, or damaged after pickup or delivery.
b) The refund does not include the original shipping costs.
