HOW ARE SALES FORMALIZED?

When you buy our coffee you will receive a Sales order, it must be signed and returned to us. Then, you will receive what we call the Delivery Order, you will pick up the coffee or we will deliver the coffee to you. And finally, we will send out the invoice for the merchandise as it was agreed upon at the time of purchase.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I PURCHASE A COFFEE AND AM UNHAPPY WITH THE QUALITY I'VE RECEIVED?

We stand behind our coffees and hope you’ll come to us should you encounter any problems. We’ll work with you to come up with a solution for any issues. When your order arrives, please inspect the coffee before signing off on the delivery. In the event your shipment arrives damaged, please note the damage on the driver’s receipt but still accept delivery. HOW CAN I GET INFORMATION ON THE COFFEES THAT I’M PURCHASING?

When you buy any lot of coffee from NuSelect, you will receive what we call Lot ID. With that number the client has access to all pertinent information regarding that lot of coffee. All traceability information, producer and farm history is included. When a purchased lot is blended our system provides information on the exact percentages from participating farms as well as the history of every producer that participated in the composition of that particular l

WHAT KIND OF CONTRACTS DOES NUSELECT OFFER?

NuSelect offers both forward and futures contracts, providing flexibility to our clients.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM VOLUME NUSELECT SELLS?

There is no minimum order, and our sales range from a single bag to a full container.

CAN I VISIT THE EXACT FARMS WHERE MY COFFEE WAS SOURCED?

Yes, you can visit the coffee farms where your coffee originates with prior communication.

CAN I PARTICIPATE IN QUALITY CONTESTS AND AUCTIONS IN BRAZIL THROUGH NUSELECT?

Yes, you can participate in auctions of the best coffees in Brazil and communicate your interest to us.

DOES NUSELECT OFFER TRIPS TO COFFEE FARMS IN BRAZIL?

Yes, we organize trips to Brazilian farms once a year, allowing you to experience the coffee production process firsthand.

WHAT QUALITY GUARANTEES DOES NUSELECT PROVIDE?

We offer complete information about sensorial characteristics for local coffees. For coffee still at the origin, we provide Pre-Shipment Samples (PSS) to verify quality before shipping.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE COFFEE BAGS WITH MY LOGO?

Yes, you can personalize Jute, Polypropylene, or Greener Green coffee bags with your logo.

DO NUSELECT’S COFFEES HAVE TRACEABILITY?

Yes, all our coffees have complete traceability, providing exact information about their origin, production methods, and more.

WHAT ORIGINS ARE NUSELECT SOURCES?

NuSelect sources coffee from practically all coffee-producing regions of Brazil. South of Minas Region, Cerrado Mineiro Region, Mogiana Region, Espírito Santo Region, Mantiqueira Region and other micro regions that are within the mentioned above. In addition to the description, you can order your coffee by micro or macro region.

WHAT POST-HARVEST PROCESSES DOES NUSELECT OFFER?

We receive coffees with various processes, including Natural, Pulped Natural, Honeys, and Controlled Fermentation.

HOW DOES THE QUALITY PROCESS WORK AT NUSELECT?

We sort coffee lots based on flavor characteristics, ensuring complete traceability. Our team, including Arabica Q-graders, follows the American SCA method for quality assessment. We also create custom blends based on client preferences.

WHICH WAREHOUSES DO YOU USE?

We use some of the well-known warehouses such as: The Annex (CA), Continental Terminal (NJ), Dupuy (TX), Superium (FL), and Costa Oro (OR).

CAN I CONSOLIDATE NUSELECT’S COFFEE WITH COFFEE FROM ANOTHER SUPPLIER?

Yes, if they are in the same warehouse, we can consolidate and also deliver both to you.

CAN I BUY FUTURE COFFEE?

Yes, you can secure a specific coffee at a specific price in advance. If you wish, you can negotiate a fixed price with us for future coffees based on the market value at the time of negotiation. Thus, you secure the current coffee price. This purchase method is valid for both regular and Fine Cup and Specialty coffees.

DO YOU DELIVER THE COFFEE IF I NEED IT?

We deliver the coffee to your roastery's address. You can arrange the service before or after purchasing the coffee, subject to additional costs.

HOW DO I OPEN AN ACCOUNT?

We accept payment by check, bank transfer, and credit card.

WHAT ARE THE PRICES OF NUSELECT?

Can I Buy Coffees Directly from Producers for Delivery to a Nearby Warehouse?

WHAT ARE THE PURCHASING METHODS?

There are two ways to purchase from us. The first is directly through one of our salespersons for personalized service via email or phone. The second is online on our website. If the desired product is available for online purchase, it means it's already prepared in one of our warehouses for purchase and pickup.

IF I LIKE A SENSORY PROFILE, CAN I BUY A LARGE BATCH FOR THE WHOLE YEAR AND WITHDRAW AS NEEDED?

Yes. If you want to secure a batch for your roastery, you can purchase a considerable quantity and withdraw it periodically from the warehouse according to your needs. Withdrawals can be made based on your demand, with no limit on requests.

DO YOU ONLY SELL SPECIALTY COFFEES?

No, we have a line of fine Brazilian coffees, such as Fine Cup.

DO YOU SELL FOB COFFEES?

Yes, we sell FOB coffees destined for any country.
