Payment and Late Payment Policy

Effective Date: August 15, 2026

Nuselect Coffees values long-term relationships with our customers and works to maintain clear and consistent payment terms.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices issued by Nuselect Coffees are payable within thirty (30) days from the invoice date.

Late Payments
A ten (10) day grace period is provided following the invoice due date.
If an invoice remains unpaid more than ten (10) days after its due date, a one-time late payment fee equal to two percent (2%) of the outstanding balance, subject to a minimum charge of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), may be applied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Interest on Extended Past-Due Balances
For invoices that remain unpaid sixty (60) days after their due date, simple interest may begin accruing on the unpaid principal balance at a rate of 0.5% per month, equivalent to six percent (6%) per annum, or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.
Interest is calculated only on unpaid principal. Interest does not compound and is not charged on late fees or previously accrued interest.
If a partial payment is received, subsequent interest calculations will be based on the remaining unpaid principal balance.

Credit Hold and Coffee Releases
Accounts with past-due balances may be placed on credit hold.
While an account is on credit hold, Nuselect Coffees may suspend or decline additional coffee releases, deliveries, shipments, or other extensions of credit until the past-due balance has been satisfactorily resolved.
Nuselect Coffees may, at its discretion, require payment in advance or other satisfactory payment arrangements before approving additional transactions.

Payment Questions
If you believe an invoice is incorrect, have already submitted payment, or need to discuss a payment issue, please contact Nuselect Coffees promptly so the matter can be reviewed.
Customers remain responsible for payment by the applicable due date regardless of whether a payment reminder or collection notice is received.

Applicability
This policy applies to invoices and transactions issued or entered into on or after August 15, 2026, unless different payment terms have been expressly agreed to in writing.
Any specific written agreement between Nuselect Coffees and a customer will control in the event of a conflict with this policy.
All late fees, interest charges, credit holds, and related remedies are subject to applicable law.
