WHO WE ARE

A US-Based

Importer Built for

Working Roasters

We source from the two most reliable origins in Latin America, and we use them on purpose. Their crop cycles are complementary, which means our customers never face inventory gaps.

Brazil harvests from May through September, with arrivals in the US between July and November. Colombia harvests October through February, with a smaller mitaca crop from April to June.

The practical result: when Brazilian inventory is tighter in the first half of the year, fresh Colombian coffee is arriving. When Colombian volumes ease, the new Brazilian crop is landing. Roasters who work with us through the year don't depend on a single origin to keep their roastery running.

TWO COMPLEMENTARY ORIGINS

Brazil & Colombia, Year-Round Supply

Benefiting from our extensive network of captive producers in Brazil, boasting over 4,000 properties, we offer exceptional quality with year-to-year consistency.

With a dedicated field team and reliable batch control systems for producers, all our coffees and blends come with complete traceability.

At NuSelect, you have the flexibility to choose the coffee that best suits your needs from one of our warehouses closest to you, or we can directly import it from Brazil to your facility.

ABOUT OUR

Philosophy

OUR MISSION

To connect the best green coffee origins of Latin America to the US roasting market, delivering consistency, traceability, and operational reliability with the discipline of a long-term partner, not a transactional supplier.

OUR VISION

To be recognized by leading US roasters as the reference importer for those seeking volume with consistency, traceable coffees of intermediate value, and high-impact microlots, all within an agile operation backed by real US inventory.

OUR PRINCIPLES

1. Sell Only What We Have
Every offer is verified against real inventory before it reaches the customer. We never commit to what we cannot deliver.

2. Honest Fit Over Closed Deals
If a coffee doesn't fit your operation, we say so. A wrong sale damages the relationship; a right sale builds it.

3. Transparent Pricing and Terms
No hidden costs, no manufactured urgency. You understand exactly what you're buying and under what conditions.

4. Discipline in Margin
We negotiate within defined ranges. Concessions made under pressure erode the supplier you depend on.

5. Relationships, Not Transactions
Every interaction, contract, and commitment is documented. The quality of our service does not depend on which salesperson you happen to talk to.
