Every order starts with a conversation, not a checkout.
We think of you
Buying green coffee from Nuselect Coffees is a straightforward process.
Below you’ll find a step-by-step guide to help you understand how it works, from choosing your lot to receiving your coffee.

STEP 1
Talk to Our Team
Every roastery has a different operation, and we want to make sure the coffees we offer actually fit. Before sending samples or pricing, our commercial team will have a short qualifying conversation to understand your volume, the origins you currently work with, and what matters most to you in a supplier.
Based on that conversation, we put together a personalized Offer List with the lots from our current inventory that match your roastery's profile. The Offer List includes origin, processing method, SCA score where applicable, and sensory profile.
If any of the lots interest you, we'll send samples for cupping with a follow-up date scheduled in advance.

STEP 2
Sample Approval, Proposal, and Contract
After cupping, we'll follow up to hear your feedback. If you're ready to move forward, we'll send a formal proposal with pricing, quantity, delivery timeline, and payment terms, valid for 48 to 72 hours.
First-time customers complete a one-time registration form (company details, billing contact, shipping preferences). Returning customers skip this step.
Once we agree on terms, our team generates the contract and sends it for digital signature via DocuSign. No order moves to operations without a signed contract.

STEP 3
Delivery & Withdrawal
Once the contract is signed and payment terms are confirmed, our logistics team issues a Delivery Order authorizing release from the warehouse closest to you.
Three pickup options:
- Arrange pickup yourself with your own carrier
- Request a freight quote from our logistics team (free of charge)
- Transfer to your existing account at the same warehouse
Freight charges, when handled by us, are billed alongside the coffee invoice.
Payment Terms
First-Time Customers (first 3 orders)
Payment in full before release. This builds the financial track record needed to extend credit on subsequent orders.
Established Customers
Net 30 days from pickup date as standard. Net 60 and Net 90 are available for larger volumes and require credit approval.
Withdrawal Schedule
For larger contracts, withdrawals can be scheduled across multiple pickup dates, agreed in writing at the time of contract signing. Standard withdrawal windows extend up to 60 days from warehouse arrival; longer windows may be available with prior approval.
Accepted Payment Methods
Wire transfer, check, credit card and online payment.
Maximum withdrawal period: 6 months
