Buying green coffee from Nuselect Coffees is a straightforward process.

Below you’ll find a step-by-step guide to help you understand how it works, from choosing your lot to receiving your coffee.

    Explore our available coffees.
    You can access our current offer list directly on our website or request it from our team.

    If you’d like, you may also request samples before making your decision.

    STEP 2

    Registration & Contract

    Confirm your purchase.
    Once you decide which lot best fits your needs:

    1. You’ll fill out a registration form (Required only for your first purchase)

    2. After that, we’ll send you the purchase contract by email for review and signature.

    We aim to keep this process quick and clear so you can move forward with confidence.

    STEP 3

    Delivery & Withdrawal

    How your coffee gets to you.
    After the contract is signed:

    • Our logistics team will issue a Delivery Order to the warehouse authorizing the release of your coffee.

    You can choose between:
    - Arranging pickup yourself, or
    - Requesting a freight quote from us, or
    - Transfering for your account in a warehouse with you have it.

    💡 We don’t charge for freight quoting.

    The freight cost will be billed directly to you by our finance team together with the coffee invoice.

Payment Terms & Flexibility

Important information

🔐 First 3 purchases: Payment is required before release

⏳ After that: Payment terms are 30 days after pickup date

📦 You are not required to withdraw all bags at once

You may purchase a larger volume and withdraw it monthly

Maximum withdrawal period: 6 months
