Once we agree on terms, we generate a Sales Order and send it for digital signature via DocuSign. After you sign and payment terms are confirmed, our logistics team issues a Delivery Order authorizing the warehouse to release your coffee. The invoice is sent at the time of pickup or delivery.
There is no minimum order, and our sales range from a single bag to a full container.

When you buy any lot of coffee from NuSelect, you will receive what we call Lot ID. With that number the client has access to all pertinent information regarding that lot of coffee. All traceability information, producer and farm history is included. When a purchased lot is blended our system provides information on the exact percentages from participating farms as well as the history of every producer that participated in the composition of that particular
We offer complete information about sensorial characteristics for local coffees. For coffee still at the origin, we provide Pre-Shipment Samples (PSS) to verify quality before shipping.
We sort coffee lots based on flavor characteristics, ensuring complete traceability. Our team, including Arabica Q-graders, follows the American SCA method for quality assessment. We also create custom blends based on client preferences.
We use some of the well-known warehouses such as: The Annex (CA), Continental Terminal (NJ), Dupuy (TX), Superium (FL), and Costa Oro (OR).
Yes, if they are in the same warehouse, we can consolidate and also deliver both to you.
We deliver the coffee to your roastery's address. You can arrange the service before or after purchasing the coffee, subject to additional costs.

Yes, you can secure a specific coffee at a specific price in advance. If you wish, you can negotiate a fixed price with us for future coffees based on the market value at the time of negotiation. Thus, you secure the current coffee price. This purchase method is valid for both regular and Fine Cup and Specialty coffees.

There are two ways to purchase from us. The first is directly through one of our salespersons for personalized service via email or phone. The second is online on our website. If the desired product is available for online purchase, it means it's already prepared in one of our warehouses for purchase and pickup.
Yes. You can purchase a larger volume and schedule multiple withdrawals across an agreed timeframe. The withdrawal schedule is set at contract signing. Standard windows extend up to 60 days from warehouse arrival; longer windows may be available with prior approval.
No. We work with three quality tiers: Fine Cup (high-consistency commercial coffees for blends and volume), 83+ Traceable (above-average quality with origin documentation), and 84+ Microlots (fully traceable specialty lots with verified SCA scores). Most of our customers are mid-size roasters working primarily with Fine Cup and 83+, with selective specialty lots layered in
Yes, we sell FOB coffees destined for any country.
We stand behind our coffees and hope you’ll come to us should you encounter any problems. We’ll work with you to come up with a solution for any issues. When your order arrives, please inspect the coffee before signing off on the delivery. In the event your shipment arrives damaged, please note the damage on the driver’s receipt but still accept delivery. You should also document the damage with photos, which will help speed up the claims process.

Nuselect sources from two complementary origins: Brazil and Colombia. In Brazil we work with all major regions, including Sul de Minas, Cerrado Mineiro, Mogiana, Mantiqueira, Espírito Santo, and Chapada Diamantina. In Colombia we work with main crop (October–February) and mitaca (April–June), giving our customers year-round supply continuity.
Yes. Brazil and Colombia are our two core origins, and we use them as complementary harvest cycles. Brazilian coffee arrives in our US warehouses between July and November; Colombian main crop and mitaca cover the rest of the year. This combination is how we keep year-round supply consistent for our customers.
For inventory already in our US warehouses, delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days from contract signature, depending on your location and pickup option. For forward contracts on coffee still in transit or at origin, timelines are agreed at contract signing.
