When you buy our coffee you will receive a Sales order, it must be signed and returned to us. Then, you will receive what we call the Delivery Order, you will pick up the coffee or we will deliver the coffee to you. And finally, we will send out the invoice for the merchandise as it was agreed upon at the time of purchase.
We stand behind our coffees and hope you’ll come to us should you encounter any problems. We’ll work with you to come up with a solution for any issues. When your order arrives, please inspect the coffee before signing off on the delivery. When you buy any lot of coffee from NuSelect, you will receive what we call Lot ID. With that number the client has access to all pertinent information regarding that lot of coffee. All traceability information, producer and farm history is included. Yes, you can secure a specific coffee at a specific price in advance. If you wish, you can negotiate a fixed price with us for future coffees based on the market value at the time of negotiation. Thus, you secure the current coffee price. This purchase method is valid for both regular and Fine Cup and Specialty coffees.
We deliver the coffee to your roastery's address. You can arrange the service before or after purchasing the coffee, subject to additional costs.
We accept payment by check, bank transfer, and credit card.
There are two ways to purchase from us. The first is directly through one of our salespersons for personalized service via email or phone. The second is online on our website. If the desired product is available for online purchase, it means it's already prepared in one of our warehouses for purchase and pickup.
Yes. If you want to secure a batch for your roastery, you can purchase a considerable quantity and withdraw it periodically from the warehouse according to your needs. Withdrawals can be made based on your demand, with no limit on requests.
