About Grower

Ésia Maria Crivelenti Palma e Família

Invernada Farm has been owned by the same family for over 100 years. Coffee cultivation was introduced in 1950. Since then, spanning three generations, post-harvest processes have been constantly refined to produce an increasing quantity of specialty coffees with improved beverage quality. The interaction of the plantations with the preserved native vegetation on the farm is an additional factor contributing to the conservation of natural resources, favoring soil protection, preserving springs, and providing shelter for the region's fauna.
